The activity log
What you are seeing. Who read what and who recorded what: a findingFindingA difference in the records that needs a decision. It includes its sources and can describe a slow handoff, disputed fact or missing owner. resolved, a challenge recorded, a document attached, a question asked. Each line gives the account, the time and the organisation.
Example. “1 Oct 2026, 10:11 — the Trading owner resolved a finding: ‘the handoffHandoffWork or information passed from one team or service to another. Its measured or stated completion time determines the dependency class. was renegotiated in September’.”
How to read it. The log records actions in the product. It never records what a person did outside it, and it is not a performance record.
Limits. Executives, the board and operators see the log. Team owners see their own actions through their receipts. What you can do next. Filter by account, action or date. Follow a receipt’s reference back to its record.
