Measurement with no matching dependency
A source reported a measurement that matches no declared dependency, or a capability name that several dependencies share. NovusLens attributes a measurement only when the feed names the consumer and the provider, or when the name is unique. Otherwise it holds the measurement and raises this findingFindingA difference in the records that needs a decision. It includes its sources and can describe a slow handoff, disputed fact or missing owner. rather than guessing.
To resolve it: declare the dependency the measurement belongs to, or have the source name the pair. The finding closes when the next pass attributes the measurement.
