The Findings tab

What you are seeing. A findingFindingA difference in the records that needs a decision. It includes its sources and can describe a slow handoff, disputed fact or missing owner. is a difference the records show: a capability nobody owns, a measured handoffHandoffWork or information passed from one team or service to another. Its measured or stated completion time determines the dependency class. slower than the one described, a fact somebody disputes. The tab opens with Needs your decision: unresolved findings, open challenges and evidence requestsEvidence requestA request for a document to support something somebody stated. The Findings tab lists it as Evidence requested..
Example. “The measured handoff differs from the stated one: ‘pipelines’ Trading → Data Platform: asserted BufferedBufferedA handoff that takes more than one day and up to four days. It adds 1 point to the dependency-chain index., measured RigidRigidA handoff that takes more than four days. It adds 3 points to the dependency-chain index. (9 days).” Below it: Inspect sources, Resolve.
How to read it.
- Unresolved findings are open and nobody has recorded a conclusion.
- Open challenges are values someone has disputed. Both versions are kept.
- Evidence requested names a document that would move told facts to shown.
- A finding about a dependency with another team outside your view is worded from your side. The other team is not named.
Limits. A finding is a difference to review, not a verdict. An empty list means nothing in your records needs a decision; it is not a statement that nothing is wrong. Withheld findings are counted, and their content is not repeated.
What you can do next. Inspect the sources. Record a resolution with your reasoning, which stays on the permanent record. Attach a requested document.
