Sign in, roles and what each can see
Sign in at the login page with the account your operator created. Open Account menu to check your account, organisation and role.
- Executive (cxo): the whole organisation, the knowledge libraryKnowledge libraryThe organisation’s written procedures and definitions. Each entry records its source, date and who can read it. NovusLens cites these entries as supplied information., the activity log; may capture, import and steward.
- Board: the whole organisation, read-only by construction; the activity log shows who acted and when, with the kind of action and not the typed term.
- Unit owner: their unit and its management chain; may contribute within scope.
- Operator: every organisation and every audit row; runs the installation.
Changing a viewer name in a link does not grant access. Access refusal means the records are not available to that account.
