The Changes tab

The Changes tab: what moved for this team, and when.
Meridian Grid is a fictional demonstration organisation.

What you are seeing. Each entry is a moment when the records changed: an owner recorded, a score measured, a findingFindingA difference in the records that needs a decision. It includes its sources and can describe a slow handoff, disputed fact or missing owner. opened or resolved, a dependency added. For a team, only the changes about that team are shown.

Example. “1 Oct 2026, 14:03 — Trading → Data Platform: pipelines · updated. Before: handoffHandoffWork or information passed from one team or service to another. Its measured or stated completion time determines the dependency class. BufferedBufferedA handoff that takes more than one day and up to four days. It adds 1 point to the dependency-chain index.. After: handoff RigidRigidA handoff that takes more than four days. It adds 3 points to the dependency-chain index., lead timeLead timeThe elapsed time between starting a request or handoff and completing it. 9 days.”

How to read it.

  • Times are your local time. The exact timestamp is in the details.
  • “Before and after” shows the values at that moment. A linked finding shows its current status beside it.
  • If your role sees part of the organisation, a change to a dependency with a team outside your view says that it changed, without its values. Organisation totals are not shown to you.

Limits. Changes record what the records said, not what happened in the organisation. History before a change was recorded is not reconstructed.

What you can do next. Open “All changes, with filters” to narrow by date, team or kind of change.
