Why a result is unavailable or withheld
NovusLens does not currently have enough usable evidence to show this result. That does not mean the score is zero, or that everything is fine.
Open the reason beside the result.
- No applicable calibrationCalibrationThe customer's own rule that turns raw figures, such as a gauge, a workflow history or an incident log, into a C/A/R score. A score moves when the calibration moves, and the change is recorded.: there is no agreed calculation rule for the selected teams or services. Ask the measurement owner to review the rule and its scope.
- Required inputs missing: the calculation needs observations that have not arrived. Ask the source owner for the named inputs and their observation period.
- Evidence changed: an earlier input was corrected, withdrawn or is no longer current. Open the history and check which supporting record changed.
- Source not currently eligible: the source is not currently approved for this evidence. Ask the operator to review its enrolmentEnrolmentThe operator's recorded permission for a source to send specified record types about named agents, using an identified signing key., key and link to the affected agent or team.
- Feed support lapsed: the live feed behind this findingFindingA difference in the records that needs a decision. It includes its sources and can describe a slow handoff, disputed fact or missing owner. was last read more than three of its own refresh intervals ago, so its evidence is no longer current. Nothing is wrong with the finding’s record; ask the operator to acquire the feed again. See How long evidence from a live feed stays current.
For a score, open How these are assessed, with sources. For a finding, open its supporting-record details. An unsupported finding keeps its identity and reason visible while its claim is withheld. The earlier record remains in history.
If you cannot access a source, ask the operator to check your access rather than concluding that the source is missing.
