The Overview
What you are seeing. A few items from the records worth reviewing first: an ownership gap, a measured handoffHandoffWork or information passed from one team or service to another. Its measured or stated completion time determines the dependency class. slower than described, a recorded agent action outside its boundary. Each card says where it comes from and when it was observed.

How to read it. The selection follows fixed rules, shown under “How these items were selected”. It is not a risk ranking and not a score of the organisation. An item’s date is when its evidence was observed, not when the page was opened.
Limits. An empty Overview means none of the selection rules matched in your records. It is not a statement that nothing needs attention.
What you can do next. Open an item to see its sources. Go to the map under Organisation to see the team it concerns, with everything waiting for a decision there.
