They are product instructions, not evidence about the organisation. explains NovusLens: its concepts, how to do things, and what its messages mean. It ships with the release you are running and describes that release, nothing newer and nothing older.
It is not part of your organisation’s evidence. Guide pages never appear as findingsFindingA difference in the records that needs a decision. It includes its sources and can describe a slow handoff, disputed fact or missing owner., never count as coverage, and never enter a management brief. A definition here is not a fact about your organisation.
Start with the map, scores or missing-result explanation on the Guide home page. Search with words you use at work; you do not need to know the product term first.
If a page does not answer your question, open the linked manuals below: the user manual for readers, the operations manual for the person who runs the installation. Your operator can also raise a support request under the pilot agreement.
