Fleet incident
A fleet incidentFleet incidentA finding about several agents that completed the same operation above their recorded limits in one period. The agents must share something recorded in the model. says that several agents completed the same operation above their recorded limits within one window, and names what they have in common. That can be the unit they serve, a provider they all depend on, or the same grant rolled out to all of them.
It never says why. It never appears when the agents have nothing in common: unrelated cases stay separate cases, and no fleetFleetA group of AI agents considered together. Related activity can be grouped only when the records establish what the agents share. is manufactured. One agent crossing its limit three times is that agent’s case, not a fleet.
The incident carries its members and keeps its identity as they change. If a member’s record is later withdrawn or corrected, whichever member it is, the incident keeps that member’s name, records the change, and leads with what is currently supported: “Currently supported: 2 of 3 members (1 corrected)”, with the original derivation kept as history. If the map is corrected so the members no longer share what the incident named, the incident is withheld rather than shown. The window is an operator setting on the active evidence policyEvidence policyThe operator’s rules for which agent reports count and for how long. The default period for grouping related events is fifteen minutes., fifteen minutes when unset.
What it needs. For each agent, a recorded grant with a unit and an upper limit, and completed operations from the protected system with a value in that unit. On the map, the agents as cellsCellA box on the map that stands for a team, service, supplier or AI agent. It is a unit you can inspect, not necessarily a department or a person. sharing a parent unit, a provider or a grant issuer. On the policy, the window setting. Without the shared thing there is no fleet, only cases; without the unit there is no comparison; without operations from an independent system there is nothing to compare.
The words are evidence of a shared pattern, not a verdict on intent. The investigation is yours.
