The management brief

What you are seeing. The differences in your records, grouped for a discussion, each with its source and observation date. The brief says what it covers and what it leaves out.
Example. A two-page brief for the leadership meeting: three ownership gaps, one handoffHandoffWork or information passed from one team or service to another. Its measured or stated completion time determines the dependency class. measured slower than described, and the line “records outside your role’s view are not included”.
How to read it. The dependency-chain index is a structural score, not elapsed time or a financial forecast. A difference is something to review, not a verdict.
Limits. The brief is a snapshot at the time you print it. It records that you exported it.
What you can do next. Print it or save it as a PDFPDFPortable Document Format: a file format that preserves a document’s page layout for reading, sharing and printing., and take the sources with it.
